Charlotte, NC – April 10, 2019
March of Dimes North Carolina Preconception Health Campaign (NCPHC) is bringing its annual forum to Charlotte. “All Access Pass: Putting Theory Into Action Throughout NC” will be held May 1 at Piedmont Town Center. The forum is designed to arm health professionals with skills they can implement in consumer-based settings and increase knowledge surrounding preconception, maternal, and infant health.
“All Access Pass” is slated to kickoff at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 1. Registration closes April 26 and is required to attend. Seating is limited and continuing education credits are available for professionals who qualify. Click here to register.
NCPHC welcomes Kweli Rashied-Henry, March of Dimes Director of Health Equity and Dan Frayne, MD, Mountain Area Health Education Center (MAHEC) President as featured speakers of the “All Access Pass” forum. Each brings their extensive experience and developments in the industry to share with attendees.
The March of Dimes North Carolina Preconception Health Campaign provides preconception health education, tools and messages to the general public, health care providers and public health professionals. The Campaign delivers trainings and programs about folic acid, reproductive life planning, healthy weight, tobacco cessation, the importance of women waiting until 39 weeks to deliver if the pregnancy is healthy, and the importance of early prenatal care and medical homes.
